The Shul

The UJC 350-seater Shul is truly a work of art, combining architectural references to Judaism’s rich history with cutting edge design. From the mosaic columns inspired by the seven sacred species of Israel to the stained-glass windows depicting the six days of creation, a huge amount of artistic symbolism has been invested into the building, making it a place layered with beauty, culture and spirituality.

Services

The Shul runs weekly Minyanim as well as a full range of services and festivities for all the Chaggim. Children are catered for with dedicated youth programmes. Services are followed by delicious Kiddush Brachot and inspiring Shiurim. The atmosphere of inclusiveness and Chavershaft is continuously enticing new attendees.

Shachrit: 7:00am | Mincha/Maariv: 6:00pm | Sunday Shachrit: 8:00am

Shabbat

Mincha/Maariv: 6:00pm followed by Kabbalat Shabbat

Shachrit: 8:45am

Beit Ha Midrash

The Beit Ha Midrash is used every day and is open to the community. The library is well stocked with books in Hebrew and English.

The Beit Ha Midrash offers a space for chevrutot, shiurim and adult Torah education.

Mikveh

No Jewish community is complete without a mikveh. Built to the highest halachic standards, the UJC mikveh is modern, heated and luxurious. Available to the ladies of the community as well as out-of-towners.
